BL-2 BRUSHLESS PROPULSION SYSTEM
The BL-2s Waterproof Electronic Speed Controller incorporates prominent features such as three drive profiles, low-voltage sensing for LiPo batteries, a patented drive mode, and thermal cut-off protection to prevent overheating. The BL-2s 3300kV sensorless motor with built-in cooling fan delivers solid brushless performance with near-zero maintenance.
TQ RADIO SYSTEM

MODULAR SIMPLICITY

The Rustler's 2.8′ RXT grey wheels offer ground clearance capable of conquering the most demanding terrain. Aggressive Talon EXT tires dig through dirt and grass for exceptional 4×4 traction. The EXT tire compound provides extra durability on the pavement with a singular design that resists "bloat" when the wheels centrifuge at high speeds.

Hex screws offer a better hold and more secure than other types of screws. The black oxide coating provides a high-tech look and feel while being rust-resistant.

HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBERS
The Rustler 4×4's oil-filled Ultra Shocks use dual X-ring technology for a perfect seal and fine operation. The large oil capacity and solid design absorb big jumps and off-road overruns to provide a smooth ride. They are easy to adjust with a wide selection of oils, springs and pistons available.
INNOVATIVE CHASSIS
The modular design of the Rustler 4×4 results in a chassis that is both strong and easy to maintain. The front and rear bulkheads can be easily removed with just a few screws. In less than a minute using an electric screwdriver, you'll have full access for easy maintenance and adjustment.
STRONG BATTERY HOLD
An innovative battery holding device includes a reinforced latch for a solid locking action to keep the batteries secure, no matter how intense the action.
TRAXXAS HIGH-CURRENT CONNECTOR
Patented high-current connectors deliver maximum power to the vehicle's electronics. The high-current connectors also provide the fastest and safest charging for Traxxas batteries.
WATERPROOF RECEIVER BOX
The Rustler's waterproof receiver box keeps the receiver safe and dry while allowing easy access for maintenance. The antenna and servo wires pass seamlessly through a patented watertight seal for true all-weather fun.
3-CHANNEL RECEIVER WITH FAIL-SAFE
In the event of a signal loss due to accidental transmitter shutdown or depleted batteries, the receiver automatically returns the throttle trigger to neutral and maintains the last commanded direction position. The safety programming is built-in, there is no manipulation to be carried out to activate it.
DIGITAL STEERING SERVO
The Traxxas 2056 Steering Servo delivers powerful steering power over rough terrain with 6kg.cm of torque to steering. The fully sealed servo uses special O-rings to keep the fun going even in wet environments.
DOUBLE-DEFLECTOR STEERING WITH SERVO MOTOR
The Rustler 4×4's dual-deflection design pivots smoothly, even in the harshest conditions. A built-in cam-type servo saver protects the steering servo from collision impacts without sacrificing steering accuracy.
BODYWORK WITHOUT CLIPS
The Rustler 4×4 uses a heavy-duty clipless locking system for secure installation and easy one-handed removal. The locking system incorporates an internal cage that significantly strengthens the body for a long service life. The body pre-painted and cut with decals already applied.
HEAVY-DUTY WISHBONES
Molded from our toughest composite material, the Rustler 4×4's heavy-duty wishbones provide just the right amount of flexibility to withstand breakage, even in cold weather! REINFORCED FRONT AND REAR BUMPERS

IMPROVED SLIPPER CLUTCH
The Rustler 4×4's slipper clutch features larger alloy pressure discs and high-temperature aluminum pads for linearity of power delivery. The slipper clutch provides equal front-to-rear power distribution for instant throttle response and provide pugnacious grip to four-wheel drive.
MAXX-DUTY DRIVESHAFTS
The Rustler 4×4's Maxx-Duty driveshafts with reinforced U-joints are designed to handle brushless power without breaking a sweat. The large 6mm axles fit into the included steel wheel hexes for unmatched strength and durability.
SEALED STEEL SPROCKET DIFFERENTIALS
Sealed steel-gear differentials are ready to handle brushless power without expensive upgrades. Silicone gaskets and X-ring seals allow differentials to be adjusted for specific operating conditions by varying the viscosity of the oil inside. The modular chassis design of the Rustler 4×4 makes access to differentials quick and easy.
