HIGH STEERING ANGLE
The 4-Tec Drift offers a steering angle of more than 60° for large lateral drifts and quick transitions. The front suspension is specially tuned for drifting, with new steering knuckles, linkages and linkage bar optimized for maximum travel.

CUSTOMIZABLE DRIFT MODES
Only the 4-Tec Drift allows you to choose between three customizable drift modes. Innovative TSM Drift technology replaces traditional drift gyroscopes with precise, smooth control that can be adjusted with the Traxxas Link app. New riders can drift like professionals without any special knowledge or skills, while experienced enthusiasts will appreciate the precise controls for an even smoother performance.

FORD MUSTANG BODY WITHOUT CLIPS
The 4-Tec Drift sets new standards for strength, ease of use and realistic detail with an all-new clip-free Ford Mustang body. Beautiful metallic paint contrasts with the molded body details to bring out the Mustang's dramatic look and modern styling. The body mounts integrate seamlessly into the bonnet air intakes and rear spoiler, providing additional reinforcement while preserving the body lines.

TQI RADIO WITH BLUETOOTH MODULE
A Traxxas Link bluetooth wireless module is provided to fully exploit the potential of the 4-Tec Drift's drift modes through TSM. Use the color GUI to customize the TQi 3-channel radio's settings and unlock its advanced tuning features. Press the "handbrake" button on the handle to initiate rotation and begin your drift.

HARD AND SOFT RUBBER TYRES INCLUDED
The 4-Tec Drift is designed to be absolutely versatile with two sets of 1.9" drift tires included in the box. Use the pre-installed hard rubber tires on any hard, abrasive surface such as paving stones or concrete. The soft rubber tires provided provide precise drift control on smooth, polished surfaces.

NEW REAR-WHEEL DRIVE PLATFORM
The 4-Tec Drift is based on a new rear-wheel-drive platform based on the responsive 200mm 4-Tec chassis. The front end and suspension are completely new to offer optimal drift geometry and more than 60° of steering angle. Drivers can individually adjust camber, roll center, Ackermann, track width, and much more.

MODES DRIFT TSM
The 4-Tec Drift offers selectable drift modes to suit your riding style. No matter your skill level, the TSM's state-of-the-art electronics make it easier than ever to be able to drift like a pro.

Once the driver initiates a drift, the TSM Drift mode interprets its commands and seamlessly applies just enough steering wheel and throttle assist to maintain the desired drift angle. The preset settings are adjusted to suit a wide range of drivers and surfaces. It is not recommended to change these settings until the driver becomes familiar with the car. As riding skills improve, the TSM Drift settings will offer innovative tuning options to suit different surface conditions and driving styles.

STEERING ANGLE
This slider controls the maximum steering angle that the rider can apply with the steering wheel. By default, this control is set to 50% using the Multi-Function button on the transmitter. The 50% setting helps prevent novice drift drivers from turning the wheels too much, which could lead to a loss of control. The steering angle can also be adjusted in the Traxxas Link app.

STEERING CONTROL
This slider controls the level of steering assistance provided by the TSM in order to maintain the drift angle. This control works like the TSM found on other Traxxas models, except that the assist is specifically tuned for drifting and high steering angles.

GAS RESPONSE
This slider controls the level of assistance from the TSM to maintain the drift angle. Reduce the percentage for less throttle control assistance, or increase it to have more.

SKID ASSIST
This control detects when the car is about to spin and automatically activates the TSM to intervene and adjust the acceleration.

TSM Mode retains the same settings as TSM Drift Mode for steering angle and steering control, but removes all throttle assistance. This mode is ideal for pilots who want to hone their throttle skills. Skid assist and throttle response are not available in this mode.

MODE GYRO
Gyro Mode mimics the steering assist provided by a traditional gyroscope for riders who prefer this style of drifting. In this mode, the steering angle works in the same way as in the other modes, but no throttle assistance is available. The gyroscope gain is fully adjustable from 0 to 100% to suit the individual riding style.

HANDBRAKE
When you want to initiate a drift, press the handbrake; The rear wheels lock momentarily to break grip and begin rotation.

SOFT AND HARD RUBBER PNUS INCLUDED
The 4-Tec Drift is ready for action right out of the box with 1.9" hard rubber drift tires installed. These tires are designed for driving on abrasive surfaces such as concrete and asphalt. A second set of soft compound tires is included in the box for improved control on polished track surfaces.

CLIPLESS MUSTANG BODY
Traxxas captures the power and ruggedness of the Ford Mustang with this licensed, clip-free body. The Mustang's low, muscular stance is highlighted by wide tires mounted on aggressive 6-spoke tuning wheels. The sleek metallic paint contrasts with the integrated body details, providing a striking look and timeless Mustang style.

INJECTION MOLDED DETAILS
The Mustang's body is superbly detailed with injection-molded side mirrors, a lower grille with splitter, and a rear diffuser. The rear spoiler and the air intakes of the bonnet are not only aesthetically pleasing, they also serve as reinforcements for the clipless fastening system, thus contributing to the homogeneous look.

6-SPOKE WHEELS AND DRIFT TIRES
The sleek 6-spoke rims are equipped with an internal rubber lining with grooves to hold the tire firmly in place. Tire changes are quick and easy thanks to this innovative feature.

ULTRA SHOCKS OIL-FILLED SHOCKS
The 4-Tec Drift is equipped with Ultra Shocks oil-filled shocks using X-ring technology for a perfect seal and ultra-smooth performance. They are fully adjustable with a wide range of oils and pistons, and feature preload shims to adjust ride height and spring preload. New super-soft springs have been designed to provide maximum weight transfer, allowing for perfect drifting.

ADJUSTABLE REAR CAMBER
Adjustable steel linkages allow for easy camber adjustment. The rear suspension has two attachment points for the linkages, allowing different bodies to be installed.

48DP REAR RIGID AXLE
The rear differential of the 4-Tec Drift features 48-tooth gears with a 5° spiral cut to reduce backlash and ensure smooth, quiet operation.

FIXED TOOTH GAP
The 4-Tec Drift eliminates the hassle of adjusting the tooth gap between the engine sprocket and the main ring gear with its innovative fixed positioning system. Use the chart included in the user manual to select the appropriate hole for your sprocket.

ONE-PIECE DRIVESHAFTS
One-piece steel driveshafts reduce weight and transmit power directly to the wheels for ultra-fast response times. Extended drive gimbal output nuts allow for maximum articulation and exceptional durability.

BUILT-IN WIRE HOLDER
A simple wire clip wouldn't be up to the task of this futuristic, high-tech chassis. Traxxas engineers designed a clever wire holder to keep the cables secure and non-visible.

NEW 21T TITAN DRIFT ENGINE
With its 21 turns of pure copper wire, the new Titan Drift engine delivers smooth, predictable power at all revs, allowing skidding to be initiated with a simple throttle. An internal fan directs cooling air through the crankcase for longer run times and lower temperatures.

WATERPROOF ELECTRONIC SPEED DRIVE XL-5
The XL-5 electronic variable speed drive combines high power with precise control, ideal for fine-tuning the throttle curve when cornering. Completely waterproof, the XL-5 offers three control modes, low voltage detection, overheat protection, and is compatible with 2-cell LiPo batteries.

LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY CHASSIS
The 4-Tec Drift's high-tech chassis keeps the weight positioned as low as possible to provide a precise and responsive feel. Three recessed modules provide unmatched rigidity and tight tolerances, with a fully smooth bottom to eliminate snags. Not only is the chassis stiffer and more responsive, but it's also easy to disassemble.

TSM RECEIVER WITH FAILSAFE
In the event of a signal loss due to accidental transmitter switch-off or dead batteries, the receiver automatically returns the throttle control to the neutral position and maintains the last commanded direction position. The failsafe programming is integrated and does not require any activation.

ADJUSTABLE BATTERY MOUNT
A quick-release, two-height battery holder accommodates a variety of batteries, including long form factors and 2-cell LiPo packs.

WATERPROOF RECEIVER CASE
A sealed receiver box allows you to hone your drifting skills, no matter the weather. The antenna and servo wires run cleanly through a patented watertight seal. A blue "O" gasket seals the receiver box to protect the receiver from water.

DIGITAL STEERING SERVO
A high-performance chassis requires a precise steering servo for optimal responsiveness, and Traxxas meets that need with the 2075 digital servo. This waterproof steering servo uses "O" seals to keep working even in wet conditions. Designed for all-weather use, the 2075 offers 9kg.cm steering power.

HEX SCREWS
The 4-Tec Drift uses high-quality metric hex hardware for added strength and easy maintenance. The rust-resistant black oxide coating provides a high-tech look and feel.

HIGH TURNING RADIUS
The 4-Tec Drift allows a steering angle of more than 60° in the stop, ideal for wide and stable slides. The front suspension has been completely redesigned with a new servo rudder pedal and linkage, optimised to maximise the steering angle. This unique setup provides exceptional precision while keeping the 4-Tec's suspension geometry tuned specifically for drifting.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE SUSPENSION SETTINGS
The 4-Tec Drift offers drivers full customization to adjust their vehicle to any driving style or track surface with a fully adjustable suspension. The new front suspension arms allow the width to be adjusted to increase the front track. The suspension also includes settings for camber, center roll, ackerman, travel, toe-in and bump steer.

SEALED BALL BEARINGS
Sealed bearings with a rubber seal provide ultra-smooth performance with minimal friction and maximum protection in dusty environments. They are used in all exposed areas of the vehicle and are virtually maintenance-free.

CLIPLESS BODY ATTACHMENT
The locking latches stay in place until you release them. This concealed locking system maximizes convenience and realism by eliminating traditional body clips, preserving the clean lines of the body.
