Pushing the throttle to rotate the submarine, your headlights peer into the dark void when suddenly a 2-meter-long reef shark glides past the cockpit, as intrigued to see you as you are to see it. Our wooden Steampunk Submarine model is 1:48 scale, moves about 2.5 meters thanks to its rubber band motor, has an on/off switch for easy operation and can move in a straight line or make left and right turns. The gear system drives moving propellers to give your submarine the illusion of underwater propulsion. The steampunk style conveys the idea that this contraption is not a standard production model, but rather the embodiment of a brilliant and eccentric inventor's passion for underwater exploration.

To operate your wooden submarine model, set the on/off switch to the "Off" position, give up to 15 U-turns to the ratchet lever on the back of the submarine, place your submarine on a flat surface, set the switch to the "On" position, and then release the joystick. You can make your wooden Steampunk Submarine 3D model execute graceful turns or even a full circle by gently turning the front wheel to the left or right. Rotating twin propellers and movable fins give your submarine the illusion of propulsion and directional control. For optimal operation of the submersible, take special care when assembling with the pendulum, on/off system, and ratchet wrench, and be sure to gently sand and lubricate gears and other moving parts.

You can leave the submarine in its natural wood state or paint or stain it in the color of your choice, even yellow!
