With the TRX-4M, Traxxas introduces a new way to experience the fun, adventure and realism of a TRX-4 but in a 1/18 platform. The TRX-4M bridges the gap between 1/24 crawlers and the quality and performance inherent in 1:10 scale models. Hydraulic shock absorbers, steel chassis rails and a fluid transmission give it real capabilities outdoors on rocks, and through grasses and streams. The tight turning radius and precise throttle control give it fantastic handling indoors.

OFF-ROAD VERSATILITY

The TRX-4M is equipped to tackle challenging off-road terrain with soft rubber grip tires, precision-designed 4-link suspension geometry and free-operating hydraulic shock absorbers. High central ground clearance, wide approach angles and low CG give the TRX-4M impressive capabilities wherever it goes.

45° STEERING ANGLE

A full steering angle of 45° gives the TRX-4M a very tight turning radius and extreme maneuverability in small spaces where every inch counts. A rugged 2065T steering servo provides powerful steering authority, even on a thick carpet.

HYDRAULIC GTM SHOCK ABSORBERS

The TRX-4M's oil-filled GTM shock absorbers provide smooth suspension damping to keep the wheels firmly planted on uneven surfaces. The extra control also prevents the body from bouncing off rough terrain for a more realistic driving experience.

DETAILED ABS BODY WITH CLIPLESS INSTALLATION

The innovative body without clip can be removed and installed in seconds without the risk of losing the small metal hooks. The solid ABS bodies are highly detailed and feature a molded color with a deep glossy finish that doesn't flake.

STURDY STEEL LADDER FRAME

The TRX-4M works like a full-scale crawler because it is built as such. A rigid steel ladder frame virtually eliminates bending to put more power on the ground. The steel frame rails are higher in the center section for increased strength where it is needed most.

TRAIL-READY CHASSIS AND TRANSMISSION

The TRX-4M is based on a sophisticated four-link suspension with sturdy linkages. Strong axles with rigid axles provide uninterrupted passing power to all four wheels with excellent articulation to overcome the most difficult obstacles. The telescopic central drive shafts send torque from the engine to the axles smoothly.

TIGHT TURNING RADIUS

The TRX-4M outperforms much smaller trucks with its exceptional 45° steering angle, an impressive feat considering its larger and more versatile size.

DETAILED ABS BODIES

Made of durable ABS, the TRX-4M bodies faithfully capture all the details of the full-size Bronco and Defender in 1:18 scale. Tinted windows, spare wheel and other molded body accessories give the TRX-4M a truly authentic look.

LED LIGHTING

The LED high beams installed on the TRX-4M create new opportunities for fun when you have to drive through tunnels formed by the sofa cushions or when crossing obstacles in the garden after the sun goes down.

SOFT RUBBER TIRES

The large size of the TRX-4M 1/18 allows more rubber to be put on the ground for exceptional off-road performance. The detailed wheels and tires are sized to transport the TRX-4M above real-world obstacles with a stunning mock-up appearance.

The all-in-one ECM-2.5 integrates all the features of the XL-5 variable speed drive, TQ receiver and Pro Scale lighting control module into a stylish waterproof housing. The ECM-2.5 offers three realistic driving modes with smooth, precise control and exceptional throttle response.

The powerful Titan 180 87 rpm engine provides precise torque at low speeds to propel the TRX-4M to the top of technical obstacles. On the trails, the TRX-4M offers surprising speed to keep up with the pace as you walk alongside to find the next challenge.

HIGH CAPACITY LIPO BATTERY AND FAST CHARGER

A high-capacity 750mAh 2-cell LiPo battery offers over an hour of battery life with 7.4 volts of high-performance power and Traxxas iD safety. The included USB-powered charger provides fast and reliable charging up to 2 amps of charging capacity.

TQ TRANSMITTER

The TRX-4M comes with a full-size TQ transmitter for comfort, reliability and precise long-range control throughout the day.

PRO SCALE LIGHTING FUNCTIONS

Easily add brake lights, backup lights, headlights and more by simply installing the Pro Scale LED Lighting Kit and plugging it into the ECM. Lighting control functions are already integrated into the ECM-2.5.
