These are rubber tire inserts designed to fit 24mm wheels. They are delivered in pairs and the blue color easily identifies the insert as a soft firmness.

Note: The firmer the insert, the less traction your tire will have. The softer the insert, the more traction you'll get from your tires, but they'll also wear out faster.
