This Bind-N-Fly® Basic model arrives factory assembled and almost ready to fly right out of the box. Just install the one-piece wing with a few screws, install a charged battery, connect it to your compatible Spektrum transmitter and fly. The advanced EPS construction provides a lightweight and durable cell. The gracefully curved wing and efficient profile provide exceptional flight performance and long flight times with or without an engine. The factory-installed power system includes a brushless motor, a reducer and an efficient folding propeller. It produces excellent climb performance and extends flight times up to 10-20+ minutes with a mix of flying with and without a motor using 1S 150-200mAh batteries. Due to its ultra-micro size, the UMX Radian can be used indoors in gyms and other suitable spaces, or outdoors just about anywhere - in most courtyards, parks, sports fields and beyond! This Bind-N-Fly (BNF®) Basic model comes out of the box with the power system, servos and a Spektrum™ 2.4GHz receiver installed, so all you need to do is bind the receiver to a compatible Spektrum DSMX®/DSM2® equipped transmitter (sold separately), install a charged battery (sold separately) and fly!

Exclusive technologies
This UMX™ Radian® is equipped with the exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® (Artificial Stabilization - 3-aXis) and SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to mitigate the effects of wind and turbulence to provide a locking feel that feels like flying a much larger aircraft. Optional SAFE Select technology offers pitch and tilt angle limits as well as an automatic upgrade that can be turned on or off at the touch of a switch, making it easier for both novice and experienced pilots to fly.

Equipped with telemetry
The UMX™ Radian® is equipped with a flight control/controller unit that includes two servos plus an ESC and a Spektrum™ receiver that provides real-time rangefinder of flight battery voltage to equipped Spektrum AirWare™ compatible transmitters (including the DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others) while you fly.

Long flight times
The factory-installed power system includes a coreless motor, gearbox and efficient folding propeller that provides excellent climb performance and long flight times, up to 10-20+ minutes, with a mix of power on and off flight using 1S 150-200mAh batteries.

The UMX™ Radian® comes factory assembled and ready to fly right out of the box. Just install the one-piece wing with a few screws, install a charged battery, connect it to your compatible Spektrum™ transmitter and you're ready to fly!

Solid design
Construction with advanced EPS material provides a lightweight yet robust cell. In the unfortunate event that you damage parts or components of the cell and cannot repair them, a full range of spare parts is readily available.
