Wingspan: 1200mm
Length: 815mm
Flying Weight: 220g
Construction kit for a free-flying glider of category F1H (A1) entirely in balsa, with wings and tailplanes built in structure and covered with Japanese paper. Perfect for learning about the classic techniques of construction and coating with plaster and paper, for all those who have not forgotten that some of the most important aircraft in history were made of wood – such as the Wright Flyer, the Blériot XI, or the de Havilland Mosquito. Your Dara makes an excellent hand-cast glider, and the adjustable side hook allows bungee cord starts with a 50m tow line, in accordance with the F1H (A1) category.
Precise CNC cut parts, full-size blueprint, and a detailed instruction manual make assembly much easier; Only basic model making tools (model cutter, scissors, model pins, thin flat brush), glue (Cyanolit, wood,.) and adhesive and shrink coating are required.
Designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic.
Kit Contents: CNC cut balsa parts for fuselage, wings and tailplanes, hardwood rods, sandpaper, ballast, rubber band, adjustable side hook, white interfacing paper, stickers, full-size construction plan and instruction manual.
