Two-component, transparent, very fast curing and high-strength epoxy adhesive.

Resistant to fuels, solvents, and vibrations. Easily sandable once fully cured. Does not become brittle over time. Bonds wood, fiberglass, carbon composites, aluminum, copper, steel, brass, concrete, glass, hard plastics, expanded polystyrene, etc.

Properties :

Mixing ratio of components: 1:1 (volume and weight)
Initial color: transparent
Final color: transparent
Viscosity (after mixing): 5000~10000 mPa.s
Working time (before gelling): approx. 5 min (20–25 °C)
Handling of glued parts: after 15–20 min
Half resistance: after 10-15 minutes
Full resistance: after 2-3 hours
Complete hardening: 16-24 hours
Shear strength: 20 N/mm²
Temperature range of the bonded joint: -40 °C to +120 °C
Removing excess uncured glue: use a cloth or paper towel dampened with denatured alcohol.
Thinner: S6300 Epoxy Thinner (the use of thinners increases curing time and reduces the final strength of the joint – for a more fluid epoxy, use a lower viscosity laminating or finishing resin).

Suitable for use as fillers/fillers: Microbeads, talc, fine balsa or limestone powder, diatomaceous earth, chopped glass fibers, baby backfill.
Caution: Adding loads can reduce working time by up to 25% and, depending on the type and amount of load, decrease the joint's strength.

Compatible materials for bonding:

Softwood and hardwood, plywood, particleboard
Metals
Expanded polystyrene
Ceramics, porcelain
Laminates and fabrics made of fiberglass or carbon

Unsuitable materials:

Flexible and soft plastics (including EPP and EPO)
Polyethylene, Teflon

Storage: In a tightly sealed container, away from light, in a cool, dry place (10-25°C). Do not expose to temperatures below 10°C. Be careful not to confuse the resin and hardener caps: even a small amount of hardener can degrade a large quantity of resin.

Shelf life: Under good storage conditions, the guaranteed shelf life is 1 year while retaining the described properties. Experience shows that bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin-based epoxy resins retain their excellent properties for many years if stored correctly.

Important notes:

1. Temperature and mass of resin:

Hardening depends primarily on ambient temperature. When mixing large quantities (>20~30 g), the resin may harden more quickly. To extend working time, it is advisable to cool the epoxy (for example, in a water bath).
The heat generated by the resin-hardener reaction accumulates faster than the surface area available to dissipate it, resulting in accelerated hardening for large masses. For example, a 1 cm³ cube has a surface area of 6 cm² (ratio 6:1), while a 2 cm³ cube has a surface area of 24 cm² (ratio 3:1).

2. Thickening or yellowing:

Resins that are initially clear can thicken or lose their transparency due to cold, humidity, or weathering. Gently heating them in a water bath (60-70°C) for a few minutes is enough to restore the resin's clarity and original properties.
