The Mercedes-Benz SK (Schwere Klasse) was produced from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. It was available in different configurations, including the popular 6x4 chassis, which benefited from the introduction of the "Eurocab" cab with an innovative and functional design. Characterised by a high roof that improved on-board equipment, visibility and driving comfort, the new cab was introduced on the version with a 500hp engine, then gradually extended to the rest of the range. Despite increased cabin height, fuel consumption has been contained by aerodynamic optimisation. A commercial success for the brand, this vehicle has been used for many applications in transport and industry.
