Solid casing made of ribbed cast aluminum (construction neither of steel tubes nor of stamped sheets).
Aluminum pulleys with double bearings. Stable table with a flat milled work surface and a miter groove (table tilts to 45° for miter cuts). Blade guide mounted on 3 bearings with adjustable height. Adjustable for blades of different widths. Quiet 220-volt motor drive with Optibelt toothed belt (high quality and durable). Electronically adjustable speed for extremely clean cuts (no further finishing required). A clear chart illustrates the speeds for virtually all materials. The ideal blade size (5 x 0.4 mm) allows for small radius curves.

230 V. Adjustable band speed from 180 to 330 m/min (feedback effect). Clearance between blade and housing: 150 mm. Maximum height clearance: 80 mm. Work table: 200 x 200 mm (tiltable from 0° to 45°). Weight: Approximately 8 kg. A 1065 x 5 x 0.4 mm (14-tooth) saw band is included as standard equipment.
The MBS 240/E is equipped with a suction hose outlet. For clean work, we recommend using our CW-matic compact workshop vacuum cleaner.
