KS 230 - Circular workbench saw cut in soft wood up to 8 mm - 27006
For straight cuts in wood, non-ferrous metal, plastic and fiberglass.
- Adjustable longitudinal stop with graduation.
- Flat-milled work table in die-cast aluminium (160 x 160 mm).
- AC motor, quiet and resistant.
- BUILT in ABS with sliding side door to evacuate sawdust.
- Super-Cut saw blade (ø 58 mm). 80 teeth crossed and sharpened individually.
- Tab stop with graduation.
The supplied "super-cut" blade (Ø 58 mm) allows soft wood to be cut up to 8 mm thick.
AC motor, quiet and resistant. Transmission by notched belts for the precise speed of the saw blade with doubled torque. Cutting performance in wood 8 mm, plastic material (also PERTINAX plates) about 3 mm, non-ferrous metals about 1.5 mm. Even CCA plates can be separated by means of the carbide hard alloy saw blade. Adjustable longitudinal with scale. Stop with a graduation. Die-cast aluminum work table (160 x 160 mm).

Ø 58 mm (bore 10 mm). Alternating teeth 80 teeth. Ideal for cutting hard and soft wood, Pertinax and plastic. For a quick and clean cut. Cross teeth, individually sharpened: for an excellent cut!
Solid reinforced metal saw blade - NO. 28011
Ø 50 mm (bore 10 mm), thickness 0.5 mm. Fine teeth (80 teeth): ideal for cutting fiberglass plates of up to 3 mm, non-ferrous metal, duro-plastic and other "problematic" materials.
Diamond cutting blade - NO. 28012
50 mm (bore 10 mm). 0.5 mm diamond coating "D 107". For cutting ceramic, porcelain, tile, stone and fiberglass turntables.
Saw blade made of a special steel alloy (HSS) - NO. 28020
Ø 50 mm (drilling 10 mm), thickness 0.5 mm. Made of a high percentage of tungsten, vanadium and molybdenum for homogeneous structure, high hardness and long service life. Fine teeth (100 teeth) particularly suitable for very fine cuts in NE metal (aluminum, brass, copper). Also suitable for cutting composite materials, such as PC cards, wood and plastics.
