Styro cyano glue 20g Kavan - KAV56.9976.EN

KAVAN PRO CA Styro 20g , reference KAV56.9976.EN , is a high-strength, medium-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive for model making and general assembly work. Its alkoxy cyanoacrylate-based formulation is odorless and particularly suitable for bonding polystyrene foam.

Cyanoacrylate adhesive, also known as CA adhesive, allows for the rapid assembly of tightly fitting parts. This Styro version combines a medium viscosity, useful for controlled application, with an application suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent materials, providing good mutual adhesion.

It can be used on soft or hard wood, chipboard, plywood, polystyrene foam, most plastics, metals, rubber, glass, ceramics, porcelain, cork, paper, as well as laminates, fabrics, and fiberglass or carbon fibers. It is not suitable for polyethylene, Teflon, or silicone.

The 20g bottle is equipped with a clog-resistant applicator tip for easy assembly, repair, or finishing. The transparent adhesive is applied to one of the surfaces before the parts are immediately joined. On perfectly fitted components that are already in place, it can also be applied directly into the joint.

Setting time depends on the temperature and the nature of the materials. Complete hardening is achieved after 24 hours. To preserve its properties, keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry, and dark place, between +2°C and +10°C.
