Scania's S series is a benchmark in the market for heavy commercial and industrial vehicles to meet the needs of logistics and long-distance transport. The new S series was brought to market by the famous Scandinavian producer in the second half of the last decade, adopting innovative design solutions. Indeed, the new project was carried out to optimize the use of the interior spaces of the cabin and improve the comfort of the driver. Great attention was paid to active and passive safety, through the adoption of the most modern control and driver assistance systems. The new design, attractive and modern, was also achieved taking into account the aerodynamics of the vehicle and the reduction of fuel consumption. One of the "success factors" of the Scania tractor is its operating efficiency, the minimisation of fuel consumption and the attention paid to emissions. The "Highline" high cab version further enhances the vocation of the "S" line to perform transport and logistics tasks over long distances.
