ORACOVER IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE REFERENCE PRODUCT IN HEAT-SHRINKABLE POLYESTER FILM FOR COVERING MODEL AIRCRAFT. Its highly sophisticated and patented technical characteristics make it a product of unparalleled quality to date: Extremely easy to apply: thanks to the multi-layer pigmentation process: two layers of hard pigments sandwich a layer of flexible pigment, then a heat-sensitive transparent adhesive is applied. The result is that the film can be applied, removed, and reapplied, allowing for the correction of application errors, which is impossible with conventional films. Exceptional stretching and shrinking capacity: ORACOVER can be stretched or shrunk at will using a heat source such as a heat gun or heat gun. The stretching capability is such that it eliminates almost all creases around the edges. ORACOVER can be applied over a very wide temperature range. Standard application is done at approximately 100-120°C. At this temperature, the product retains virtually its dimensions. If you increase the temperature, the product will begin to shrink proportionally to the temperature used, at a rate of 1% per 10°C. At 150°C, the shrinkage will be approximately 5% both lengthwise and vertically. The melting point is 250°C. ORACOVER is also a clean product as it contains no heavy metals. ORACOVER is available in 2, 10, and 50-meter rolls in an extraordinary range of 70 colors.
