Features

Optimized operating software
During charging or discharging, an "AUTO" function automatically sets the supply current. Particularly important for lithium batteries, this mode prevents overcharging, which can lead to an explosion. All programs are monitored to prevent potential errors and ensure optimal safety. These programs can be programmed as an option.

Individual balancer for lithium battery included
The charger has an individual voltage balancing cell (balancer). Therefore, it is not necessary to connect a separate balancer when charging your Lithium batteries (Li-ion, Li-Po, Li-Fe, Li-Hv) to balance the cell voltage.

Individual balancing of cells during discharge
It can also monitor the balance of lithium battery cells during the discharge procedure. If the voltage of one of them is abnormal, the discharge will be interrupted followed by an error message.

Optimized for several types of lithium batteries
It supports three types of batteries: Li-ion, Li-Po, Li-Hv, and Li-Fe. Each type has different characteristics due to its chemistry. You must select one of these before starting the charging process. For their characteristics, please refer to the "Warnings and Safety Advice" section.

Lithium battery, "fast charge" and "storage" modes
You can charge your lithium batteries according to specific needs. "Fast charging" reduces charging time, and "storage" mode controls the final battery voltage after a long storage period.

Maximum security
Delta-peak sensitivity: Automatic charging stops based on the principle of voltage detection by the Delta-peak (NiCd/NiMH). When the battery voltage exceeds the maximum threshold, the charging process stops automatically.
• Current limitation in auto-charge mode: When charging NiMH or NiCd batteries in "Auto" mode, you can set a maximum charging current to prevent excessive current flow. This is very useful when using slow charging with a low-capacity NiMH battery in this mode.
• Capacity limit: The load capacity is always calculated using multiple currents and durations. If the load capacity exceeds the limit, the process will automatically stop once the defined maximum value is reached.
• Temperature limit*: The temperature of a battery during charging can increase due to an internal chemical reaction. If you program a maximum temperature, charging will be interrupted once the limit is exceeded.
* The function is available by connecting an optional temperature probe, not included in the charger package.
• Limit charging time: you can also limit the maximum charging time to prevent a possible fault.
• Charger power supply: To protect the car battery when using DC power, the voltage is constantly monitored. If it falls below the limit, the process will stop automatically.

Database / Loading
Your charger is equipped with memory that allows it to store up to 5 different programs. You can create a database containing the settings for continuous charging or discharging programs. This data can be used at any time, and charging can be performed without these settings.

Perform 1 to 5 charge > discharge > charge cycles continuously to refresh and balance the battery.
