To join the Rebel Alliance and the dogfights above the Death Star, build Luke Skywalker's Star Wars™ X-wing from the Ugears licensed Star Wars collection. The X-wing was the last line of defense against the Galactic Empire's planet-destroying superweapon. It gets its name from the S-shaped wingspan when in attack position. Outmaneuver the TIE Fighter and use the Force to fire the shot that will save the galaxy!
This two-in-one model includes a display stand inspired by the surface of the Death Star. Inside the stand, a motorized, rotating mechanism replicates the X-wing's maneuvers as seen in the original Star Wars film. The fighter and stand connect and detach magnetically. Several moving parts add to the realism and fun: the cockpit canopy opens, the front and rear landing gear can be removed, and an R2-D2-shaped button on top of the fuselage opens a lower hatch. But the main mechanical feature is the S-shaped wings that open and lock into the attack position. The model is powered by three AA batteries or via a USB Type-C connection (batteries and USB connector not included).
Luke Skywalker's X-Wing Fighter™ is compatible with the TIE Fighter™ model from Ugears' official Star Wars collection. These models can be linked together using the included connectors to create a larger Death Star surface, putting you right in the heart of the action from the climactic trench scene in the original Star Wars film.
