The Carousel comes with step-by-step, colour instructions that are really easy to follow (in several languages including French). In particular, it does not require any glue or special tools to be fully assembled.
How the Ugears Carousel Works

The center of the model is a pillar that rotates in an opposite direction to the main platform. This gives the impression that the carousel is spinning faster than it actually does. The pole rises on the roof, making it visually more delicate and at the same time giving it more volume.

An elastic motor equips the model. The carousel also has a coil key under its base that provides tension to the elastics attached to the main axle. The pendulum descends from the axle and facilitates the movement of modules and details. A planetary gear connects the main axle to the central pole, which ensures that it rotates in the opposite direction to the main platform. The horses go up and down while turning around the central pole.

It's a lot of fun to watch the model in motion, but if you're one of those people who like to see with their hands, you can rotate the carousel manually. This will allow you to idle every detail and give you a complete understanding of how the mechanism works.

Technical info

The kit also contains everything you might need for assembly. In addition, we use a laser method to cut parts from a plywood board and provide precise cuts. Remove the pieces from the boards and assemble them to create the complete model.
