Your adventure begins when you open your Ugears-Models kit. That's when you'll smell the pleasant aroma of natural wood that will accompany you throughout the assembly, testing, and finally, play process. Building the model is fascinating and exciting: with your own hands, you'll assemble plywood pieces to create a moving, three-dimensional mechanical marvel.
However, assembly is only the first part: once the Roadster VM-01 is assembled, you can finally see what it's capable of and take it for a test drive. Even when your Roadster VM-01 is parked and you're ready to store it, we recommend parking it in a highly visible spot in your home or office. Its classic lines and iconic design make it a wonderful addition to any interior.
The model's unique charisma stems from both its exceptional technical features and its realistic retro design. The clever combination of plywood elements of varying thicknesses – 4 and 2 mm – gives the body an aerodynamic appearance. Open the hood to see the powerful V8 engine and watch the valves in motion.
Your sports car has three driving modes: forward, reverse, and stop. The steering wheel is fully functional. The front wheel suspension makes the VM-01 Roadster even more realistic.
With a powerful rubber band motor, the car can travel up to four meters in one direction. The winding key is designed to resemble a spare tire and is located at the rear of the Roadster.

The VM-01 Roadster kit is made from high-quality, sustainably sourced wood and includes everything you need for assembly. The quality of the parts is excellent: a laser cutting method is used to cut the pieces from a sheet of plywood, resulting in precise cuts. The parts must be removed from the sheets and assembled to create the model.
Like all other Ugears models, the Roadster VM-01 comes with step-by-step, full-color, and really easy-to-follow instructions in 11 languages (Ukrainian, English, German, French, Polish, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Italian, Chinese, and Korean) and requires no glue or special tools to be fully assembled into a functional sports car.
