The RadioLink T12D is a 2.4 GHz, 12-channel, fully proportional radio control system, supplied with the RadioLink R12F 12-channel receiver . Designed for modelers looking for a versatile and upgradeable radio, it can be used with RC models such as airplanes, gliders, helicopters, multirotors, racing drones, cars, boats, construction vehicles, robots, and animated models.

A proportional radio control system allows for precise control of a model's functions: rudder, throttle, elevator, ailerons, collective pitch, flaps, and auxiliary equipment. The T12D's twelve channels provide a suitable base for models requiring multiple controls and programmable mixing.

The T12D uses a graphical interface based on freeRTOS and LVGL . Its 2.8-inch color screen, with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels , provides easy access to settings, programming menus, and information displayed by the radio. It features three 3-position switches, one 2-position switch, two rotary potentiometers, and two sliders. The memory can store up to 50 models , and the secondary ID function allows for the management of up to 16 model groups .

Delivered in Mode 2 by default, the RadioLink T12D can be converted to Mode 1 by the user. The ball-bearing joysticks contribute to smooth and consistent control, particularly appreciated for piloting model aircraft, drones, and models requiring fine adjustments.

The radio has a bay for JR-format modules and supports compatible long-range modules, including ELRS and TBS Crossfire . It is also compatible with several RadioLink receivers, including the R12F, R16F, R16SM, R8EF, R8XM, R8FM, R8SM, R8FGH, R8FG, R7FG, R6FG, R6F, and R4FGM. Choosing the right receiver allows you to tailor the installation to the model type, the number of channels required, and the necessary signals.

The included R12F receiver features 12 channels and PWM, SBUS, and CRSF outputs. It operates on 3 to 12V power and accepts high-voltage servos. Its compact size (35.6 × 25 × 13.6 mm) and light weight (11.8 g) make it easy to install in a wide range of models. The USB Type-C port allows for online firmware updates from a compatible computer.

The T12D also includes a computer simulator function via USB Type-C, compatible with macOS and Windows. It supports both wired and wireless trainer functions. With a compatible R16F receiver, flight controller, and GPS, it can display data such as coordinates, distance, and the number of satellites.

The transmitter is powered via a JST connector, with a voltage range of 7.4 to 18V . The radio accepts two 18650 Li-ion batteries, one 2S to 4S LiPo battery, or eight AA batteries. When an external high-frequency module is used, the power supply is limited to a 3S LiPo battery. A reverse polarity protection circuit helps ensure safe power connections.
