Product Details

Built by the Workshops and Shipyards of the English Channel in Dieppe, and commissioned in April 1975, this ship is the second unit, after The "Noroît", in the series of "N.O.R.O.I.S." (Oceanographic Research, Observation and Support Ships). The Suroît was actively involved in the search for the Titanic wreck in the summer of 1985, thanks to the S.A.R(Sonar Acoustic Towed) a highly sophisticated detection instrument.
