A destroyer of the Kriegsmarine launched in Bremen on 15 May 1941, the Z31 entered service in March 1942. She served in the Norwegian Sea and the Baltic. At the end of the war he was captured in May 1945 and assigned to Great Britain in December. As war damages, the latter retrocedes it to the France. Renamed MARCEAU in February 1946, she was recommissioned as an escort in the French Navy under hull number D601. The MARCEAU is offered in this box in its 1947 configuration.
