The Scania 142H, produced during the 1980s by the renowned Swedish manufacturer, marked a turning point in the European production of commercial and industrial vehicles. It was equipped with a V8 engine that offered, for the time, remarkable efficiency and reliability, even for long-distance transport. The 6x2 configuration ensured great stability as well as a higher load capacity in complete safety. Among the many configurations developed on the 142H "platform", the curtainsider version was a great success, being widely used in various sectors of industrial logistics thanks to its flexibility. Even today, the Scania 142H is highly valued by vintage truck enthusiasts and remains a true icon among the classic models produced by Scania.
