Scania's S-Series sets the benchmark in the commercial and heavy-duty commercial vehicle market. The new S series was introduced to the market in the second half of the 2010s. It adopted innovative design solutions aimed at optimizing the interior spaces of the cab and improving driver comfort. Great attention was paid to active and passive safety, through the adoption of the most modern control and driver assistance systems. The new, attractive and modern cab design has been designed with vehicle aerodynamics and reduced fuel consumption in mind. It was available in two versions: the compact "Normal Roof" reproduced here and the "Highline" with a raised cab.
