Nicknamed "The Wonder of Wood" because of its almost all-wood construction, the de Havilland Mosquito was originally designed as a fast, unarmed bomber, and served in this and many other roles during World War II. This kit features the NF Mk.II night fighter and FB Mk.VI fighter-bomber versions, introduced in the spring of 1942 and spring 1943 respectively. Parts are included for the NF Mk.II's nose- and wing-mounted radar antenna, as well as 227kg bombs and rockets for the FB Mk.VI. The bomb bay can accommodate bombs and also features details about the fuel tank and 20mm gun magazines. Two pilot figures and three branding options are included.
