Model aircraft F-22A Raptor in scale 1/48 of Italeri reference 2822.
The Lockheed Martin-Boeing F-22 is a 5th generation stealth fighter aircraft used by the U.S. S Air Force. Extremely innovative in its conception and design, the Raptor is equipped with two Pratt & Whitney F119 afterburner turbojet engines capable of generating vector thrust with the movement of the nozzles. Stealth is achieved through the studied shapes and the use of composite materials that minimize the radar signature. Great attention has been paid to the design of air intakes and nozzles in order to reduce the heat generated and noise emissions. Air-to-air and air-to-ground armament is installed in bunkers inside the fuselage to minimize the frontal section and therefore detectability by enemy radars. Avionics is extremely advanced and can detect, track and acquire targets even at long distances. Model to paint and mount.
