In January 2023, the German government announced that it would send fourteen Leopard 2 A6 tanks to Ukraine, and then in March 2023 four more, eighteen in total.
Based on ref. 35271, Tamiya offers a 1/35 kit including a set of decals to reproduce the craft with its hypothetical markings, Ukrainian flags and white crosses, a symbol historically used in Ukraine by groups such as the Cossacks.
• Kit to assemble scale 1/35
• Length: 314mm
• Same parts as kit 35271. Some elements such as the flashing light, road signs and figurine busts are not used for this version.
• Includes a new decals board with various formats of Ukrainian flags and white crosses and a complementary painting guide.
