During World War II, Wehrmacht units actively used many samples of captured military equipment. Among them, the Laffly V15T all-terrain vehicle of the French army, produced in the factories of the companies Laffly and Licorne. Designed as an artillery tractor for 25mm anti-tank guns, it was often used as a multi-purpose vehicle. After the capture of the France, it continued to be produced for the needs of the Wehrmacht at the Unicorn factory. In the German army, as in the French army, this all-terrain vehicle was used for various tasks: towing anti-tank guns, serving as a staff car or a communication car. The car's vocation was purely military and not distinguished by any particular comfort, but it had great practicability on difficult roads and could often pass where German cars were stuck. In total, according to various estimates, about 450 of these all-terrain vehicles were used in some parts of the Wehrmacht.
