The BMW i8 is based on the concept because hybrid Vision Efficient Dynamics. Presented at the 2009 Frankfurt auto show, it combines hybrid technology and performance of classic "supercar". The production version was presented at the same salon I 2013 edition'AA. This model is part of the 'i' of BMW project which was launched as a brand new.
