Buenos Aires Tram 1/24 OchCre Metal Wood Construction Kit

The tram "Lacroze" No. 258 was manufactured by the Porto, Portugal Tramway Company in 1927, based on the "Brill 32" model of the manufacturer J.G. Brill of Philadelphia (USA).

It was commissioned by the Compagnie Lacroze de Buenos Aires between 1907 and 1939.

In 1980, the 258 was acquired by the Association of Friends of the Buenos Aires Tramway (AAT). The AAT restored the magnificent unit with some small modifications to the exterior to finally obtain an exact replica of the Lacroze de Porto. Since November 15, 1980, it has been circulating in the Caballito neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

In 2014, "Lacroze" No. 258 has been declared a National Historic Landmark.
