Stable construction and surface of 390 x 280 mm in aluminum composite material. Structured surface, allowing a regular sliding of the cutting piece. The screen-printed frame and angle design makes practical work easier. Solid aluminum arch (350 mm range and 140 mm crossing height). With stirrup and coil (delivered with 30 m of wire - 0.2 mm). Tab cuts are possible by sliding the stirrup. An LED light prevents you from burning your fingers, as the hot wire reaches its full temperature in less than a second.
The correct temperature (depending on material and thickness) is determined with a little sensitivity and exercise. An optimal cut is obtained rather with a measured temperature and pressure.
Important:
With the built-in separation transformer and Class 2 insulation protection, this device is perfectly safe. The heating elements work with a current of 10V to 1 A.

Note:
Styrofoam is a cheap material, very ecophilic compared to other materials and can be easily cut with a hot yarn. This material is available in almost all DIY stores in the form of plates in standard size of 50 x 100 cm and in thickness of 2 to 16 mm.
