The Carson Akuma Buggy 4WD 1/8 100% RTR pink , reference 500409083 , is an electric radio-controlled off-road buggy designed for off-road driving. This 1/8 scale model combines 4WD all-wheel drive, a 2050 Kv brushless motor, and 4S-powered electronics. Delivered ready to run with its 2.4 GHz radio system, two LiPo batteries, charger, and transmitter batteries, it allows you to hit the track without having to select the essential components separately.

The RC buggy is a platform particularly well-suited to driving on soft ground, compacted tracks, and uneven surfaces. Its knobby tires have foam inserts and are glued on, providing a setup designed for off-road use. The four-wheel drive transmission helps distribute traction between the front and rear axles, a significant advantage for acceleration, weight transfer, and stability on low-grip surfaces.

The Carson Akuma features a high-torque, 2050 Kv, 3-pole brushless motor with an aluminum heatsink. On an all-wheel-drive system, the center differential helps distribute power between the front and rear axles. The chassis rests on a 3mm aluminum plate , reinforced plastic upper and lower suspension arms, and four hydraulic shock absorbers adjustable via knurled nuts. This suspension allows the wheels to follow the terrain's irregularities and contributes to the buggy's handling both on landings and when cornering. The aluminum steering plate is adjustable, while the 20kg waterproof steering servo uses metal gears.

The decorated rear spoiler is adjustable to three positions. The wheels are mounted on 17mm aluminum hexagons. The quick-change battery tray with Velcro strap makes battery installation and removal easy. Splash-proof electronics allow operation in conditions where the model may encounter splashes of water or dust, without making the vehicle unsuitable for immersion.

This version comes with a pink printed body. The kit includes the ready-to-run buggy, the 2.4 GHz radio control system, two 7.4V 3800mAh LiPo batteries , four AA batteries for the remote control, a LiPo charger, and the instruction manual. The included Expert Twin LiPo USB-C charger can simultaneously charge two 7.4V (2S) LiPo batteries at 2A each.
