The T2M Pirate Racer II T4991 is a 1/10 scale electric radio-controlled off-road buggy, delivered ready to run. This 4x4 model features ball-bearing all-wheel drive, independent suspension, and a painted and decorated polycarbonate rally-raid buggy body. It comes with an ergonomic 2.4 GHz transmitter with a wheel and trigger, a 7.4V 1500mAh Li-Ion battery, and a USB charger.

A 4x4 RC buggy is designed to handle a variety of surfaces thanks to its four-wheel drive, suspension, and off-road tires. The all-wheel drive helps distribute power between the front and rear axles, while differentials allow the wheels on the same axle to rotate at different speeds when cornering. This configuration is particularly well-suited to uneven terrain and recreational driving.

The Pirate Racer II features a 390-type engine with a radiator, mounted on a narrow and robust chassis. Its 4WD transmission relies on two gear differentials, a central driveshaft, and front constant-velocity driveshafts. The entire transmission is mounted on ball bearings to ensure smooth rotation of the mechanical components.

The chassis features four independent double wishbone wheels and hydraulic shock absorbers at both the front and rear. This design allows the wheels to adapt to varying terrain. Allroad tires complete the package, making it suitable for use on different types of surfaces, ideal for radio-controlled buggy driving.

The car is equipped with a speed controller and steering servo that are resistant to splashes of water or snow. This protection covers occasional splashes; it does not intend the model for immersion or continuous exposure to water. Two LEDs integrated into the grille headlights are powered by the drive battery.

The 2.4 GHz wheel/trigger type radio control provides steering and acceleration control. This radio technology is commonly used in RC modeling to control electric models with intuitive controls: the wheel controls the steering, while the trigger controls acceleration and braking.

The T2M Pirate Racer II is a complete kit for practicing 1/10 scale electric RC buggy racing. Two 1.5V AA batteries are required to power the transmitter.
