Volkswagen Golf II GTI 16V Pre-Painted MB-01 Kit 1/10 Tamiya

Here's another RC kit based on the MB-01 chassis – this time with a long wheelbase and front-wheel drive (FF) like the real Golf, one of Volkswagen's most iconic cars. Since its debut in 1974, the Golf has continuously evolved and dominated the compact car segment worldwide. In 1986, the GTI 16V joined the second-generation Golf II range, which had been introduced in 1983. Featuring a 1.781cm3 inline four-cylinder engine with double overhead camshafts and 16 valves, the specially prepared car competed in world rallies, becoming the class champion in 1986.
