Jet F/A-18F Super Hornet 70mm EDF PNP Hobby rock

The F/A-18F Super Hornet is a two-seat, tandem-crew, multirole fighter and attack aircraft capable of carrier operations. It is based on the McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet. Originally designed and produced by McDonnell Douglas, the Super Hornet first flew in 1995. The Super Hornet entered service with the US Navy in 1999, replacing the Grumman F-14 Tomcat, which was fully retired from service in 2006. The Super Hornet operates alongside the original Hornet.

Roc Hobby is proud to offer this highly detailed 70mm electric turbine model of the F/A-18F Super Hornet. It incorporates many of the latest manufacturing and assembly techniques, such as screw-on assembly, pre-mounted ball joints, and a reinforced spar. The Super Hornet can be assembled and disassembled quickly. Based on the 64mm turbine F/A-18 Hornet, the F/A-18F Super Hornet is rich in detail, with flowing lines, a CNC-machined suspended landing gear, and a push-button locking canopy door. Four decal sets are included, allowing you to decorate the Super Hornet as you wish.

The motorization, which provides impressive thrust and speed, uses our new 70mm 12-blade rotor turbine and a Kv 1850 motor. This assembly, powered by a 6S LiPo battery, produces a very realistic turbine sound.

EPO foam ensures durability. Water-based paint is environmentally friendly and provides a glossy finish. The addition of plastic parts makes the aircraft's details truly fantastic.
