These are rubber tire inserts designed to fit 24mm wheels with 24mm wide rubber tires. They are delivered in pairs and the green color easily identifies the insert as medium firmness.
Medium molded tire inserts offer a more neutral alternative to hard, soft inserts.
Note: The firmer the insert, the less traction your tire will have. The softer the insert, the more traction you'll get from your tires, but they'll also wear out faster.
