Vertical balance option - Pioupiou

Vertical balancer option for PiouPiou connected anemometer.

WARNING: Do not attempt to clip the device directly the beacon otherwise, in will break. But drag it from underneath to put it on.

If you don't put the vertical axis of rotation perfectly, you see a rotation of the pioupiou.
To avoid this annoying balance effect in low winds, and to have the best possible measurements, it is requested, during assembly, to provide a support axis as vertical as possible.

Balancing:

- Put the rotation axis of the PP horizontally, and move the lead to arrive at the perfect balance.
- Squeeze the nuts on each side of the lead to block it. The set can also be painted with a thin coat of paint.
