Vertical balancer option for PiouPiou connected anemometer.

If you don't put the vertical axis of rotation perfectly, you see a rotation of the pioupiou.
To avoid this annoying balance effect in low winds, and to have the best possible measurements, it is requested, during assembly, to provide a support axis as vertical as possible.

Balancing:

- Put the rotation axis of the PP horizontally, and move the lead to arrive at the perfect balance.
- Squeeze the nuts on each side of the lead to block it. The set can also be painted with a thin coat of paint.
